Hi there! My name is Elizabeth and I am starting the next chapter of my life. I was previously known as DairyFarmersWife. The user name no longer seemed fitting since I'm now divorced and I no longer live on the dairy farm. Today I am a single mom with 3 amazing kids and after years of being overwhelmed by life, kids, the farm, working full time, and trying to maintain a home that always ended up looking like a tornado hit it I now have time to discover who I am and finally become the woman I know I can be. Spoiler.. she's a skinnier, stronger, slightly crazy.

My goal is to ultimately weigh 145 lbs. But I have a limited attention span and I need mini goals or I will see a squirrel or a duck or a chicken and get distracted.

Mini Goal #1: Get to 195 lbs by December 31, 2023.
