Well, I didn't make it to 60 and still haven't seen that on the scale, but I'm happy to be 10% down from my weight at the beginning of this year. Did an hour on the treadmill every day this week besides some weight training on Monday. Hope to keep up my exercise, but will relax on the IF and counting calories for a while. Hard to kick the habit of recording everything I eat though. Will enjoy my glass of wine this evening!
