The scale said 60.4kg this morning so I'm fairly happy. Have been indulging for the past couple of weeks, but counting calories again since Monday and it definitely makes you mindful of what you put in your mouth. Got some more indulgent meals coming up this weekend starting on Friday and alcohol has been back on the menu for me, but so far mostly enjoying Savanna Lights.
