I haven't wanted to record my weight for a while (although I do unofficial weigh-ins on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and have that written on a calendar) - but thought I'd better get back to it this week. Been overindulging with some celebrations, which took me closer to 67 so I'm glad to be heading back in the right direction again. Also managed 3 hours of exercise this week, which felt great. Hope to keep it going again next week and get back to 65 if possible.
