Only managed two hours of exercise this week and not been eating well so it's nice to still see a bit of a drop. Was my birthday on Tuesday so we've had everything from korma and naan, pizza and iced chocolate cupcakes this week so hope to get this all out of my system and start fresh again on Monday with some new vigour.
