I'm getting there. One more pound to officially -100. Heck, I could be down more. I bought my first jean jacket! I have been holding on to a Talbots gift card for YEARS!! Just waiting to get to a final size. I tried on all these tops and sweaters. All on sale. I was really bummed because they all fit but still too expensive. I told the clerk my problem and bam, they were about 75% MORE off the lowest price! whooohoo Ring em up. The total was about $220 USD. Half paid by a gift card. I'm set for next winter. I've got about 10-15 lbs more to go. I'm in the home stretch with the weight loss and just re-starting my weight lifting journey again. I'm going to find my photos from my 20s when I was lifting hard. those are going to be funny! Have a great week all!

Congrats! However, you should never hold on to a gift card. Most of them expire. Also, if the store claims bankruptcy, your card loses all value. I've learned that the hard way.

The unhealthy daddy, yes, don't hold onto them usually. In this case, it was different. It was actually a CREDIT and had different terms. I checked the balance and know this store well. If it went out of biz, well, i would have been the first in line to the extra extra clearance. You usually have forewarning to a major retailer going out of biz.

Thank you everyone. I do like the Jean jacket. I waited 55 years to get one haha. They were always cut for boys. This one seemed to fit.
