Today is the 3-year anniversary of the start of my most recent & so far successful weight loss journey. After years of yo-yo dieting I think I finally found my Groove.

I'm a 66-year-old Wife, Mom, Grandmother, Great-Grandmother....2 Kids, 2 step Kids, 6 Grandchildren, 1 Great- Granddaughter. I met the Love of my life (a Canadian transplant) in 1989 & we've been married 30 years (6/12/22). I'm the oldest of 5 kids...3 sisters & a brother. We're a closeknit family. I also have extended Canadian family that I Love.

LOVES: Books, Gardening. Photography, Cooking, Travel, Red Wine, Our Dogs, Home Decor, The Beach, The Mountains, TV (Don't judge me) & Movies, Music (Many genres, partial to Country), Birds & other critters

WOE: CICO....No forbidden foods. I try to eat a diet heavy in Fruit, Veggies & Meat, but include all my other favorites.

Hubby & I joined a Gym & go for our orientation on 7/11. Walking, gardening & sporadic practice of Yoga/ Strength exercises have been my form of exercise so far. My Goal is to build some muscle, tighten up & build strength.
