I am so chuffed to finally reach my goal weight again this morning. It's taken me so long - from a brief low of 65.7kg in December 2020 (after a bad bout of covid) all the way up to 72,5kg in June 2021 (after a two-year-long process of moving to a different country), until now.

I am so grateful to be at a healthy weight and feeling fairly strong again. This morning I was day-dreaming about doing some strength moves so I need to get back into my youtube workouts again too. I know I've been saying that for ages...

This is wonderful to hear. I always say that we have to be in it for the long haul, including all lifes ups and downs. Keep moving forward. This is the perfect example. Well done.
