Not enough sleep last night - not even remotely close. I was oddly agitated at some unknown force resulting in barking 'brother trucker' (well, you know) every time my eyes popped open. My tracker didn't register any sleep at all. Okay, that's enough on that topic.

Today I'd like to discuss ... you know what.. I haven't had enough sleep to pose a new topic. Ha! Fooled ya!

Tom - thanks. I have been resting really well since getting this tracker. It's weird - I want to see good 'sleep numbers' so I'm forcing myself to lay still and try to go back to sleep (when I wake) instead of getting up, getting a coffee & so on.

Didn't sleep well either, and when I did sleep I had unpleasant dreams. I'm not sure which is worse. Let's hope we both do better tonight.
