Maybe I should change my weigh-in day to Saturday. It always goes up on a Monday anyway, but then I like to have the lower number in mind to beat. Did an hour workout this morning to take my total to 150 minutes this week so I think my original target of 12 hours for the month is a bit unrealistic and I'll aim for 10 instead. Seems doable.

Not managing to stick to 1680 average daily calories with eating out and overestimating calories to be on the safe side, but will try to get there next week. Got a great looking paw paw for desserts and veg stir fry meal prep will happen tomorrow. Might do a baked sweet potato on the side instead of rice for dinner so I'm looking forward to that.

Nikita, What ever you are doing seems to be working good targets you have there. Veg stir fry Brill and sweet potato, rice all good things. Weight rises on Monday weekend d excess? Paul ☆

Chestnut63 I usually indulge more on weekends so I do calorie cycling and keep my calories around 1400 on week days to allow for more on weekends, but this week life got in the way, which happens. Looks like I'll end up around 1750 average rather than 1680, but at least it's still below maintenance. Next week will be better. Hope you're heading towards your goals too!

I've shifted my weigh in day to Friday because it seems like I am always traveling or on my way to something or other the beginning of the week. Do what works for you!!!!
