Had a moment of euphoria this morning when the scale said 61.5kg. My lowest yet - but I will officially weigh in tomorrow so hope it will still be saying that. Only did 2 hours of exercise this week so hope to do another before parkrun on Saturday. We didn't get to do the buffet brunch last sunday as our car broke down (although we had KFC instead) - so we rebooked for this sunday and I'm really looking forward to that. Actually weigh less than I did on my wedding day exactly 16 years ago yesterday so feel chuffed about that.
