This evening I did:
JessicaSmithTV - 30-Minute Strength Training for Women | Home Workout for All Levels

One of my all-time favourites and it kicked my butt again using 4kg weights. I thought of doing a 15 minute jump rope workout after, but I'm already toast. I have to take a walk in to town tomorrow so I'll get some movement in then.

Thanks to another FS member for reminding me about Jessica again today. She is a YouTuber I'll probably always come back to though - with that classic line 'Squat like you mean it!' - and yes I did!

Nikina, you are such a hard working, consistent girl. It isn't easy to keep going all the time and find new and better and interesting ways to keep moving. Way to go!!!

Thank you so much, Melissa! It means alot coming from you because you have been a great example of consistency to me in the past. I have learned from you and so many others on FS and I'm just glad that I found what works for me (when I put my mind to it). I've only been back at it for less than two weeks so it's still early days, but I'm feeling positive. Hope you are doing well! xxx

You are so kind, Nikina, to say that, for it encourages me especially right now. I have wavered with my consistency, but always fight my way back... At least so far! 😁 Doing what works for you is absolutely key! I keep aiming for that!!!! Since the target seems to move around a little given the challenges of life at times, it can be kind of tough... As we all know! I'm trying not to make it too complicated... Just showing up to try is enough sometimes! 😁 Your doing wonderfully!!!

Thanks Melissa! Yes, it can be really tough sometimes, but we will keep trying and showing up as you say. You are not too far away from your goal weight so I'm sure you'll get back to it quickly when you set your mind to it again. I've been struggling with this last 4-5kg for over a year now. I'm hoping this will be the year to conquer it once and for all, but the struggle is real. Hope you're having a good week! xxx
