Quite happy with the scale this week. Have not been that good so my daily average has crept up to 5000kj instead of the 4700kj I was aiming for. Will hopefully do better next week with a fresh new month. I still can't get myself into workout mode with these cold temps, but tomorrow morning will be doing my first parkrun with hubby. Will take it easy for the first one and just have a good walk so I can improve my time every week.
