This week has been so good. Cut out my daily peanuts and chocolate snack and replaced with fruit - also tracked well otherwise and managed an hour of exercise every day. Been feeling hungry all week though, but I think it's a better feeling than that bloated overeating feeling I get some weekends. This weekend I'm not tracking as usual and will just enjoy the festival I'm going to tomorrow without overdoing it too much and then start again on Monday. If I can be at this weight again next Friday I'll be happy. Feel like my goal weight is actually within reach now.
