Quite happy also because the scale said 100g lower for the past two days, but I'll accept what it says today. IF has been good this week with a record low kilojoule count under 5000kjs one day without me even feeling hungry, which is unusual. Only managed a 1 hour workout, but it was a good one and I might do another this weekend.
