Quite surprised by the scale as we ate out this week although disappointingly the buffet indian restaurant had no naan or rotis on offer - but I did have a delicious slice of carrot cake for dessert so that made up for it some. Only did an hour of exercise so hopefully next week will be better. I'm finding that I'm probably doing 14/10 rather then 16/8 most days, but it doesn't seem to hinder things too much as I'm still sticking to my calories. I know I'll be back over 65 again by Monday so will enjoy this little moment for now.
