Have fruit and full fat yogurt for dessert but minimize it to once or twice a week or have 1 normal dessert a week like on a Sunday. You only live once and should not deprive yourself but don't overdue it

Good advice, thanks Yolanda! I was having fat free yoghurt with a third of a small Flake broken up in it for a while, but since fallen off the wagon. Will challenge myself to try it this coming week.

I use Double Cream Yoghurt the Royale Real McCoy from Shoprite Checkers. It is 100kj per 100g. Very low!!! You should try it. It is about R18 per 1kg.

Ask them to get it for you. Its a Shoprite / Checkers product.Very nice! Use it for our smoothies :)
