Had a cold this week so no YouTube workouts although I did a 45 minute walk on Monday and then double that distance yesterday.
Still not feeling great, but at least the runny nose only lasted for a day - hated the constant hand washing all day, but oh well. Was very tempted to indulge and get into all the comfort food, but I know it doesn't make me feel better so hearty veggie lentil soup for lunch and baked oats for breakfast did the trick.
Hubby's birthday today so I'm making him a vegetarian roast with all the trimmings for dinner. Having a bit of a fry-up breakfast this morning too - so this weekend will be a bit challenging calorie-wise, but if I can maintain again I'll be happy. It's our anniversary on Tuesday so we're going out for dinner and jazz on Thursday night. Hoping I'll be back to 100% energy-wise by then.

LivinBreezy - yes, that is often true, but on other occasions I just totally overdo it and feel bloated and 'stuffed', which is a feeling I try to remind myself that I hate and want to avoid.
