The week started off badly with leftover's from my Aunt's birthday on Saturday and continued with a spur-of-the-moment decision to have McDonalds for lunch on Wednesday - just a cheese burger and small fries though, but a slippery slope. Also made sago pudding to have with custard this week because "it's the last week of winter" (technically). Also only did 100 minutes of exercise this week so want to get that up again starting Monday or perhaps I'll fit one in tomorrow - just been a bit too cold in the mornings. Measurements are no different from 4 weeks ago either... But, spring is on it's way and hopefully I'll start moving in the right direction again.
