One giant step back for me this week. I've eaten everything from cupcakes and fresh cream scones to pizza and chocolate pudding with custard lately. Usually I can keep such things to a minimum, but this week was bad - and I'm off to a braai tonight and more delicacies at a party tomorrow. My only comfort is that there's a whole new month and the dawn of spring around the corner so will restart efforts then - and at least I've kept up my exercise this week so haven't gone completely off course and my jeans still fit the same. Also helps that hubby wants to lose some weight starting September too and it always helps when he's on board as well.

We all have those! Just don't be too hard on yourself and work a little harder in the next month. Sucky part is it's easier to put on than to shed!

Why put off until tomorrow, when you can start today. (something like that). Have a great time this weekend, and keep in the back of your mind what you eat and what it can cause. I am not sure how this is coming out, so I will stop, but just know I only mean it in a good way. :)
