Yes, it's a yo-yo and I still can't really trust my scale. But, I did manage two 45min YouTube workouts this week and will hopefully do another tomorrow. Did a workout last Sunday too.

I didn't track last weekend and won't this weekend either. Losing a bit of my mojo because, well, just because. A bit of a stressful couple of weeks ahead so I'll just try to stay chill about it all. I'll hopefully keep tracking on week days and keep up with my workouts, but I feel like that's alot right now so will just try to stick to that.

There are so many folks on here with losses this week and I'm so happy for all of you guys! Keep on truckin'! You guys will keep me going! Have a great weekend!

Hey Nikina! Hope you feel less stressed and enjoy your weekend! Stay focused on your goals and hang in there, friend. I’m not losing anything but muscle over here myself, which is making it harder to get back into working out consistently. I totally understand losing your mojo. You’re awesome and this too shall pass 💖

I was doing really well and then ate a whole pizza and a whole slab of chocolate tonight 🤦‍♀️ Hoping to get back on track tomorrow. Some days are just more difficult than others. It's great to be able to share with others and not feel so alone 💛💪

Am feeling you Nikina70... have not weighed myself for a while as it was just not encouraging, but yesterday I decided to do just that... weigh myself and my heart sank, cause nothing changed, yet I have been working so hard... so I guess I will just have to be patient and keep exercising and working on the eating... just keep trying new things till I get some downward movement on my weight...😉
