Ok, so last week I did end on 130 mins of exercise so happy with that. This week I've already done 135 mins of YouTube workouts since there won't be time this weekend.

Hubby's birthday this week so we ate out on Tuesday (the day before his birthday), but I managed 7700 steps on that day too. My sister made a delicious chocolate birthday cake for him and so far I've managed some portion control with that so all good.

Haven't been able to stick to what I wanted to calorie-wise this week and last week ended on 1740 daily average calories. This week I know it will be way over and I probably won't track tomorrow and Sunday because it will be total guestimation and probably nowhere near accurate anyway - suffice to say that it will be high! Seeing an old friend, who was best man at our wedding, tomorrow, and then celebrating our 19th anniversary on Sunday so going out for lunch too. Well, I'll start tracking again on Monday and that's that.

I'm thinking lunch time salads will be back next week and I've consciously been trying to keep my water intake up. Hayfever's been bad this week, but Allergex tablets are still working. Some years I get to a point where they stop working and I have to switch to something else so hoping that won't happen this year.
