Just a very sad week. Lost my fur baby, who's been with us since 2005, on Wednesday so it has been tragic for me. Very little sleep early in the week staying up with her as she couldn't get comfortable and eventually couldn't keep food down either. I'm glad it didn't go on for too long and I don't think she was in agony, but we decided not to wait until she was. Sight and hearing have already been going for some time now. Wish she could have stayed with me forever, but such is life. She has enriched my life so much and I'll be forever grateful for the years she was my little fluff-ball and I miss her so so much.

So I still tracked calories, but no exercise was done this week and I'm just trying to catch up with work right now. I'll hopefully get back to workouts on Monday.

Stay well everyone and enjoy those happy moments. Make those memories. Never know when they'll come to an end. Have a good weekend!
