This week I started tracking quite well and managed to keep my calories around 1400 Monday to Wednesday. Then Thursday came with an idea from hubby to pick up Roman's Pizzas on the way back from picking something up in Cape Town. Well, how could I say no? We hadn't had them since the beginning of the year, so... I will just have to adjust my calories for the weekend to stay around the 1750 daily average I'm aiming for. We also had them for lunch and dinner whereas we would have eaten it all in one meal before, so that's something.

Overall I feel like I'm doing much better than last week though, which ended up at 2170 average daily calories. I did do another workout on the weekend, which took my total to 150 mins. This week I've only done a 40 and 30 min workout so might do a 60 min one over the weekend and that will be fine. If I can break through to below 66kg that would be cool, but still trying to be really blasé about it;)
