After about a month of no exercise I got up at 7am this morning and did 30 minutes of strength exercises and 20 minutes on the treadmill. Felt like throwing up at one point, but made it through. Will try to repeat on Wednesday and Friday and continue through July if I can. It's mostly the idea of cold in the morning that stops me from getting up so just overcoming that will be good!
