Last week I went way over my aim of 1800 daily average calories and ended up at 1945 - probably all those glasses of wine with dinner :). Interesting since I think 1960 would be my ideal maintenance level, but still need to work on increasing muscle mass so I can get there at 63.5kg instead of 2kg higher.

I did two YouTube workouts on Monday and Tuesday adding up to 100 mins, but then work and life got in the way for the rest of the week and also this cold weather in the Western Cape is not helping. Will see if I can manage a 50 min workout maybe tomorrow evening, but if it doesn’t happen I’m not too fussed. I think I’ll just workout again on Monday morning when the temperatures are slightly higher again. I seem to be a lot more consistent with 3 workouts a week than I was last year at this time, but not sure if that will prevail.

Haven’t been able to get any plant protein powder so still averaging around 50g a day so still need to work on that, but there seem to be lots of other priorities higher on the list right now. Anyway, wishing a great weekend to everyone!
