Tracked well this week and will hopefully keep this maintenance going. Did 150 minutes of YouTube workouts. Last week my average daily calories was 1927 - went a bit crazy on Sunday - but still maintaining so that's great! Think I'll try to keep it around 1700 this week if I can.
Wonder how long the level 4 of restrictions in South Africa will last. Doesn't seem to have changed much for me although we might actually go out for a walk on Sunday for the first time in almost 6 weeks. Still not sure if we're allowed to go out together, with our dog, but might just try it for a short walk up the road and back anyway. Gonna be weird me thinks! Stay safe everyone!
