WEEKLY UPDATE. First week into self isolation and social distancing.
Average calories 1950, average weight 110 lbs.

It is easy for me to overeat and weight was trending up a bit but I think I have stabilized it just fine. I am focussing on being healthy and in good shape. I am sticking to keto which is how I enjoy eating. Exercising some every day. I can do this. We can do this.

You are such a good role model for all of us! I am doing well with eating right now. Just practicing portion control. Since I know I have to make what I have in the house last for who know how long I am now looking at that box of 12 pop tarts as 12 breakfasts instead of a splurge of something I shouldn't eat. I don't think I could do low carb since most of the stuff I have is rice, breads, etc.

I wish i could. I have become extremely aggressive. I can no longer listen anything about stay@home messages and being guilty for walking outside. I am sick of it. There is no life but this. It is literally everywhere. Finally this is the real war, this brainwashing full of guilt and fear. Not the virus anymore.
