End of week weigh in. I am holding pretty steady here... which is the point I think. Average weight this week was 112.4 and cals 1750. Been doing some yoga, walking and running indoor. Body seems to hang in there. Working on the Christmas Countdown Challenge, which is good for abs.
It may warm up a tiny bit so outdoor running may happen. This week we will be baking and getting ready for Christmas guests.
