I have lost 49 pounds so far following a ketogenic way of eating. I'm a single mom with 3 kids one who loves to constantly wake me up in the middle of the night and my Doctor says its wreaking havoc on my health and especially my weight.

Since starting keto last fall I have been fighting like crazy to get my sleep in. I have become much stricter about getting everybody to bed early so that I can hopefully get 7 hours in before my littlest one wakes me up.

I have a Fitbit and rarely does it ever register deep sleep because someone has wakened me before I could achieve it.

I lost about 40 pounds pretty easily via keto but now I have had to add in exercise to keep up the progress. Trying to hit 10k steps per day average.

I absolutely love my new keto woe. It has changed my life. I used to get "hangry" unless I snacked regularly and I am so glad those days are over. I love the freedom that keto affords. Up and down blood sugar levels were a ball and chain that I am so thrilled to have tossed to the curbside. As I write this bio, I just finished my very first meal of the day at 4:30 pm because I just had no appetite all day. I just drank fluids and felt great! Magical.
