Back here again. My weight spiked all the way up to 66.6kg again on Monday and it freaked me out a bit thinking I'd never get out of that zone. I keep jeopardising myself with weekend calories going too high so this weekend I'm conciously trying to reduce calories while still enjoying the things I want to eat. Also had salad twice yesterday rather than bread, but then will have some baguette today for lunch.

Did one half hour strength workout on you tube and that felt great. Just finished week 4 of the 9 week house painting project though so there's not much time for workouts too and work is busy. But did manage a short walk all but one day this week. Trying to keep hope alive.
