My body seems to like this weight so I'm trying not to stress about it too much. Did 5 half hour workouts last week, but only two this week and still going for a short daily walk. Would be nice to lose another half kilo before Christmas, but the silly season is almost here so social gatherings are unavoidable. Hope there'll be some more time for exercise in Dec though - have enjoyed the dumbbell and leg workouts again - feeling less tired afterwards.

aim for no gain in dec... your exercise routine will get you through. and logging to keep you honest and aware. you are so close to your goal... tackle the final drop in 2019.
