Time to face up to the last few weeks of overdoing it. Started tracking again on Monday when the scale said 64kg so quite happy with progress this week. Did 3 hours of exercise split between strength training and treadmill and did a relaxed parkrun with hubby and doglet this morning. Will track again from Monday morning and see how long it takes to get back to my goal weight. Would like to get just below it by May and then maintain and increase lean muscle if possible.
