Did 2hrs 45mins of actual exercise this week as well as 3 x 45min stints working in the garden (we're clearing all the dead grass to lay gravel within the next month) and also did a mellow walk to the local shops for an hour so I feel I've been active enough, but perhaps need to lower my daily calorie average even more. This week I'm aiming for an average of around 1450, but if I end up eating crap on Sunday it might go higher.

I haven't been intermittent fasting for the past 3 weeks so might go back to it this week and see how it goes again. In my last week of IF I felt like I was starving pretty much every evening. Then this week I have woken up feeling hungry and am starving again by 11am before I eat at noon and back to starving by 3 until I eat at 5, but then the evenings haven't been so bad this week. Haven't given in to any cravings, but just feel a bit crap about it. Doesn't help that I've been kept awake by my dog freaking out over the thunder in the early hours for the past couple of nights.

The scale said 61.7kg this morning. Hoping to have a better reading tomorrow morning and will do my 19th parkrun if it's not raining. Hope to do another 45 min stint in the garden and an hour strength training workout tomorrow too. Would kill for a glass of wine this evening, but I've sworn off alcohol as well until my goal on the 1st of Dec. Looking forward to that Friday, but wonder if I will even reach my target. Seems quite hard right now. Will be happy when the challenge is over - whether I reach it or not - just to relax and not be counting every calorie for a while.

Salut! I wouldn't give up my glass of wine for anything. Not now anyway :) I had a "Ocsober" a few years ago and actually felt amazing. You will too! Enjoy your 19th Park Run tomorrow. Have a good one!
