This was my dinner for lunch, then I'll have breakfast at dinner time (4:30pm) and a dessert/snack around 9:30pm. This is what works right now fitting around my evening part-time job. Added some walnuts after taking the pic.

I work in an office as a cleaner in the evenings, Chess. On my feet for 3 hours to slightly compensate for sitting at a desk all day.

Thanks, sweetiepie2023! We used a Rendang curry paste and coconut milk, which was very mild but really tasty. 🙂
