This morning I did: Funk Roberts - 30 Minute Muscle Building SuperSet Workout | Burn Fat | Dumbbell HIIT Training
...with a Caroline Girvan warm up before and a Daniela Suarez stretch after.
Used 6.5kg weights and felt pretty good. For some reason this is my first workout this week. Walked every day, but yesterday - and calories I guess are not way too bad, but they are borderline.
I need a battery for my scale so will hopefully get one today so I can weigh-in tomorrow morning. I'm itching to see if there is any difference from last week - although I'm not too sure how I'll feel about it either way. I'm so used to weighing almost daily that it feels really strange to not know where I'm at.
