This morning I did: jessicasmithtv - STRENGTH WORKOUT: Total Body Resistance Training Jump Start Sculpting Routine with Dumbbells
I used my 5kg dumbbells and played it at 1.25 speed because of time constraints. The music sounded a bit funny, but otherwise the pace was fine. Felt good to be back to it and I'm excited for the new challenges on YouTube, from about four different channels I follow, which will offer some great choices. Calorie counting starts tomorrow and I'm ready.
