This evening I started off with:
Heather Robertson - GLOW UP CHALLENGE // Day 4: Upper Body Tone + Sculpt workout
and then realised the 4kg weights I'd chosen were just not gonna work for this one - so after 20 minutes I went to:
Week 7 Day 1 // Arm Toning Workout // Biceps, Triceps + Shoulders
and started about 6 minutes in, after the warm up, so ended up doing my full 45 minutes I think.

Arnold presses were just too hard tonight so I just did overhead presses. Will hopefully do another workout over the weekend.

Went for a walk yesterday and today so at least one more is due this week. The weather has been strangely beautiful lately with some clear skies even though the temperature is freezing.

Calories so far this week are not great, but overall for the month it's actually slightly better than last month. I fear it will not stay that way, but will try to track until Sunday at least before taking a breather.

Thank you Ettenauj! She has about 7 different glow up ones so I might try another one as well. Or perhaps I'll try this one again with some lighter weights. Enjoy it! 💪👏👍

Kat, somehow I missed your comment 6 days ago already. Just went back and saw I missed some of your posts too.
