Today was a clean both refrigerator day so everything that could be thrown into a dinner dish was. Pork chop was great. Cauliflower-broccoli-mac and cheese was crazy. A little cream cheese, a little sour cream and whipped cream and some Mexican cheese blend and some leftover white gravy I had made the other night. It was awesome! My BF asked if this was a real recipe that I could make again some time or was it a one time thing. One time thing, I replied. Couldn’t recreate it if I tried.
