Hello, I am a fifty something trying to live my best life. I have 4 grand babies that I want to be there for for all the things life brings. I also want to set a good example for them about nutrition, exercise and body image. Unfortunately…I’ve lost the same 30 lbs 5 times. I’ve only gained back 19 lbs this time, so I am starting my journey here to keep it from being 20…and I look forward to inspo from all of the others on their own journeys. 🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻
