i started my weightloss journey 5th jan 2017 @ 108.4kg @ 163cm so i was a fat lil facker i have progressively used rigorous exercise for my weightloss not thinking to ever track my RDI..until recently september 2020 :) now i am on the fast track of achieving my weight and fitness goals.. i work in the vineyard/apple orchard sector which has helped me with my fitness goals, all day of cardio type work..YAY!!..my main goal is too shredd the remaining bellyfat is so facking hard it wont com off thats whats taught me with this journey is small increments in the right way is the key where the fitness journey is for LIFE!!..
