Woke at 223.6 today. Ate OK yesterday at 2276 calories, but a lot of those were hot peanuts (sodium) at the Willard Hotel bar last night. Got my AFFIRM award in a very nice presentation. Just ate lunch out after several out of office meetings, so not doing great today either. Life is happening to me!

UPDATE: Came home at 225.8. Ate a burger and fish and chips and a few beers with my coworker at lunch (we split the burger and fish). Lots and lots of water retention. Ate 1680 calories but won’t catch up with my daily goal until the weekend. Need to start drinking mass quantities of water to flush out the sodium. Em is safely in Bowling Green, Ohio, and on her way to Michigan, so it’s just Denise and me in the house again. Back to normal.
