I am so chuffed to finally reach my goal weight again this morning. It's taken me so long - from a brief low of 65.7kg in December 2020 (after a bad bout of covid) all the way up to 72,5kg in June 2021 (after a two-year-long process of moving to a different country), until now.

I am so grateful to be at a healthy weight and feeling fairly strong again. This morning I was day-dreaming about doing some strength moves so I need to get back into my youtube workouts again too. I know I've been saying that for ages...

Aah, thank you Gib! Glad to see you back!💕 I just finished reading Midnight at the Library by Matt Haig and I think if it was one of your recommendations ages ago? I haven't managed to finish a book in ages and quite enjoyed it. xxx

I read Midnight at the library last month I loved it it was given to me a year or so ago but took me ages to get round to reading it but it came at a time I needed it the most xx

Aah great, Marley! It's amazing how we sometimes read books just as we need them. I think a year ago it would have been very different for me too - or I just wouldn't have picked it up. I see the title is The Midnight Library - my bad.

Nikina- I'm so glad you enjoyed midnight library! It was such a good read. More recently I enjoyed a book called the measure. I think I'm up to book 23 this year; I'm not really keeping track as much because I don't have a goal to meet. I've slacked on all my health goals. Time to make new ones!
