Yesterday I did: Juice & Toya - 45 Minute Full Body Dumbbell Workout [Strength Training]
Felt great after not lifting for 11 days solid. Suddenly thought when I was done that perhaps the reason I didn't work out was because my gym clothes are usually strewn over my bedroom door in plain sight where I can grab them when I'm ready, but they hadn't been for at least a week for some reason. Could that be the tiny mental shift that wasn't there? I don't know. There were other factors; and stressful days; and times when I just couldn't fit gross sweaty hair into my day so I just didn't. Going for an hour long walk is much easier to do in that case. But, I still do enjoy my workouts so I hope I'll be getting back into them and finding a time that works - more regularly. Yesterday it was between 8 and 9pm and I had a quick shower after.
Hoping this week won't be too stressful. We have signed up for an 8 mile walk on Saturday with a bunch of Meetup friends. So nice to have something to look forward to! Also a couple of other outings planned. I need to get myself out of this constant worry kind of feeling. It does me no good.
