So I'm back up to my 'new normal' weight again. Oh well, maybe August will be better. At the moment every week has new challenges with the big move looming so I'll just take it as it comes. Still lower than I was this time last year though.
Last week I failed to keep my average at 1750 and ended up at 1860. Not great, but not a total disaster either. Ended up with 130 mins total YouTube workouts so I did an hour on Sunday, which I don't think I'll manage this weekend, but we'll see. Did two 40 min workouts so far this week.
De-cluttering and downsizing is not easy so I take my hat off to anyone who's done it before. Onward to a more simple life!
