I prefer red and black teas. 

That is a tough one. So many different kinds out there. I like black tea - like Earl Grey or Lipton. I also like black tea (orange pekoe) for ice tea and spiced black tea (like Chai) for a different taste profile. Have fun with it!!! 

For the day, I love a nice cold diet green tea, from the store, or you can brew it your own. I also like Lipton or really any off brand black tea ☕️ and so handy when you run out of coffee. Lavender and chamomile tea, peppermint tea are lovely too💜💚 

Earl Grey is delicious...or iced green tea 

Save your orange peels and boil them to reap all the benefits. Bring to boil and steep for 20 min. Good for 2-3 days in fridge. Drink hot or cold. People forget the peels contain MORE nutrients then the meat itself, it's just hard to digest but this does several things for you. Great for your skin and immune system. You can also boil cilantro, lemongrass, dried chrysanthemum for tea. Each has it's own benefit.  

Also you can infuse your water with just about anything!  

I absolutely love almost all teas but my all time favorite is the Lipton Green tea Mint. It's so delicious and the mint flavor is over powering. You can have it hot or cold and it's great. Another 2 of favorites are both by Celestrial Seasonings Peach, and the Berry Zinger. They too can be served hot or cold. Hope this helps. Enjoy 🌝

Stash mint 

Harney & Sons : Hot Cinnamon Sunset ❤️ the cinnamon and sweet clove really standout in this black tea. I love it! You can get it at Target. I also like their Vanilla Comoro (this one is decaf) and their Green Tea with Coconut.

My favorite brand is Tiesta Tea - I have several of their varieties. So many targets, so many flavors to chose from. I buy the loose blends for my mesh ball - Slenderizer, Eternity, Tahitian Vanilla Cran, Lean Green Machine, Fruity Pebbles. Second fav is Yogi - specifically Detox, Super Antioxidant and Blueberry Slim. 

Maybe there is a tea house at your town, city? There you could get tea tasting experience to understand which suites best for you. The luxurious alternative is English tea afternoons in hotels. Exciting experience.. tho.. they serve tea with cakes.. perfect cakes..
