Chestnut, I know about a dozen different types that I have eaten. But according to the Electronic Cheese Catalog of the portal «alimentacion.es» of the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries, Food and Environment of Spain, there are more than 100.
But lists are boring, I prefer eating the cheese and if that is not possible, then cheese pictures!😜

I think if I were pressed under interrogation I've likely only tasted about 50 or so ... but that would be including those sampler gift boxes and a few crazy shopping sprees at World Market. When I go to Whole Foods market, going around and sampling different cheeses is my favorite part of the shopping experience.
