Yay - home. Nice to get away but happy to be home. Absolutely thrilled scale didn't creep upward with all the mystery meals (not knowing how prepared or calcount) but am going to eat very light today anyway. Some good healthy homemade veggie soup - just in time. Weekend away was nice but my guest was a complete leech and it was like spending weekend with that cheapskate brother Alan Harper character on Two and a Half Men.
