If I keep my arm down it's less obvious to the other gym goers that I'm posing hahaha! The gym was pretty dead though, it was almost closing time. Thanks, all!

Why would a gym ever be closed? I don't understand. Body's are like cars I guess. Some people like tanks that are heavy powerhouses but have the mobility of a boat, other people want bodies that you can throw hard into corners 👌

Seeing this reminds me of our last game at the Ymca. I think you can appreciate this story. We hear the crowd go ‘ohhhhhh noooo’ and a few loud crashes. There’s a big window where some of the spectators on the bleachers can see into the weight area. Seem a man put 3 large weights on each side of the barbell and was standing on two of the biggest. When he tried to put the bar on the stand one side starts dropping weights. He fell off the ones he was standing on and over corrected so the other weights fell off barely missing his feet! He put the weights back on and continued his workout. He never did out that clamp on either side. Half the crowd was watching him waiting for it to happen again instead of the kids lol.
