I could have eaten that in my old life. One of these days I will try a prime rib again but would probably be a small portion every day over several days.

Woah, thats more than I eat in an entire day (not cause of a diet, just because of whats available to me lol) I’m sure its absolutely delicious though 🤤

I used to eat prime rib whenever I went out to eat at a "fancy" restaurant. Oneday, I took a doggie bag and tossed it in the fridge. I was shocked the next day when I opened the package and found that it was riddled with fat that wasn't obvious when it was hot. Now, on LCHF/keto, I can eat it and feel no guilt! YIPPEE!

It was sooooooooo tender and tasty. Definitely too many calories for a single setting and yeah, pretty much my total allowed for the day so way over today. But so darn good and the first prime rib I've had in over a year at least.

Make it part of intermittent fasting or "one-meal-a-day" (OMAD) day, and you're golden!
